E Statements

Rural Water District No 5 is trying to go paperless. We are encouraging everyone to sign up for E Statements. With postage rates increasing, our goal is to keep the water rates as low as possible and you can help us by signing up for E Statements. You can sign up by going to our website and clicking on the bill pay tab and setting up an account through PSN. Thank you for your cooperation in this change.
